Developer
Schertz 1518, Ltd. took over The Crossvine development in 2010. Led by President Chris Price of Price Companies, the Schertz 1518, Ltd. team has decades of experience in mixed-used, master-planned community development. Price and his team have invested years of time and energy, in collaboration with the City of Schertz, to create a development that holistically addresses the needs of an active population, and to create a neighborhood that reflects their commitment to quality products and quality of life.
Engineering for the project is provided by Malone/Wheeler Inc.; land planning and landscape architecture is by Planned Environments Inc.; and award-winning architecture firm Marsh & Associates Inc. created the designs for The Crossvine amenity center and mail kiosks.
